Nice job Ash, like the way those came out.. Definitely agree Toni... I wouldn't mind going back to that location if it was like $50. bucks.. a hundred bucks is insane.. I think there would be a huge draw if it wasn't so expensive!! But, I am more then willing to pay that for Waverly!! Hopefully we will get an awesome amount of evps.. a sighting would be nice too!! Here's hoping!

Very nice video! It was a fantastic building however the process to register to go there was INSANE!! 5+ times each of us had to put a new application in even though we kept getting emails sent to us about new "specials" that were going on at the time. So she was getting the forms because that is the only way she could have gotten everyone's email address. So other than the ridiculous amount of time it took to register to go there the place was beautiful. The history was amazing. I wish we would have actually witnessed something other than hearing sounds but you can not have a "perfect" hunt at each location. Would I go there again??? At the Quarantined price at RHA. Max 10 people at $1050 +8.75% tax + $1141.88. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I also was NOT HAPPY about not being told upfront nor was it on her website at the time about the tax of $91.88! For this price we paid we could have gone to at least 3-4 other locations. But again this is my opinion and I always welcome people to try their luck. And I have since learned that places should not be charging tax to rent their locations as they are not selling us the building we are renting it. But live and learn and move on!
